Justin M. Lee, Esq.
Mr. Lee has extensive experience in a wide variety of business transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters in the United States and internationally. Mr. Lee obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1993 and also obtained Master's in Accounting and an M.B.A. degree from the University of Missouri in 1989.
Mr. Lee's professional admissions include the State Bar of California, U.S. Tax Court, United States District Court for the Central District of California and United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Lee's professional affiliations include: the Los Angeles County Bar Association, American Lawyers Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Lee has been a member of the society of the Certified Public Accountant in the State of Missouri since 1989. He also serves as the Business Advisory Council of the State of California for the National Republican Congressional Committee and is General Counsel for the Korean American Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Lee has represented hundreds of international corporate and business entities over the past fifteen years.

Mr. Kent has over twenty three (23) years of experience handling complex commercial business, bankruptcy, real estate litigation. Mr. Kent also has extensive experience in the fields of criminal defense, immigration and bankruptcy law. Mr. Kent graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Sociology in 1979. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Gould School of Law of the University of Southern California in 1982. Mr. Kent was admitted to practice in the State of California in 1982 and has also been admitted to practice before the United State District Courts for the Northern, Central, Eastern and Southern Districts of California as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Kent is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Kent's professional affiliations include the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Financial Lawyer's Conference, and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Kent has handled hundreds litigation cases in state and federal court and has a reported appellate decision in In Re McGoldrick, 113 B.R. 554 (Bktcy. C.D. Cal. 1990).

Mr. Shelton earned his law degree at Yale University School of Law in 1990. He is admitted to practice in all California state courts and in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Mr. Shelton also has an MBA from UCLA. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Virginia. Mr. Shelton's work experiences include work at Latham & Watkins, Christensen White Miller Fink & Jacobs, and McCutchen Doyle Brown & Enersen. Mr. Jay Lee received his Bachelor's Degree in Law from Korea University in 1992. Mr. Lee graduated with a LL.M. degree from USC Law School in 2004. Mr. Lee was admitted to practice law in South Korea in 1999 and also was admitted to practice in the State of California in 2004. From 1999 to 2003, he served as a Seoul District Court judge dealing with a wide range of litigation cases in the areas of corporate, securities, banking, insurance, real estate and torts. Ms. Xiangyi (Charlene) Bu received her first professional law degree from Zhejing University in China . She graduated from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign (UIUC) College of Law with a L.L.M. degree in 2004. Ms. Bu is a New York State licensed attorney in good standing and also a licensed in-house counselor in China . Prior to joining Lee & Kent, Ms. Bu worked with a global immigration law firm in Las Vegas , Nevada and helped thousands of clients from many different counties with their immigration cases. |
